Because we begin processing orders quickly, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.

3. Order Changes

We cannot guarantee that requested changes can be completed once processing has begun.

4. Orders That Have Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will make every reasonable effort to update the address.

Once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

6. Orders We May Cancel

Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

Incorrect or incomplete customer information

Product unavailable or out of stock

Pricing or listing errors

Delivery to an unsupported address

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If an order is successfully canceled before shipment, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund processing normally begins within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
