At Manstylehub, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel or update an order after it has been placed. This Cancel or Change Order Policy explains how order cancellations and changes are handled, what requests may be accepted, and what limitations apply once an order enters processing or shipment.

1. Order Processing Overview
Orders placed on our website are typically reviewed and prepared for fulfillment within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Our standard shipping schedule is:
- Order processing time: 1–2 business days
- Shipping transit time: 2–4 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 3–6 business days
Because orders may move into processing quickly, requests to cancel or change an order should be submitted as soon as possible after purchase. Orders placed outside business days or during high-volume periods may be reviewed on the next business day.
2. Order Cut-Off and Processing Timing
Orders begin moving through internal review, payment confirmation, and fulfillment preparation shortly after they are placed. **Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST).** For that reason:
- Changes or cancellations are more likely to be possible if requested shortly after the order is submitted
- Once an order has entered processing, packed status, or shipment preparation, changes may no longer be available
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or edited
We cannot guarantee that a cancellation or change request will be successful, but we will review each request based on the order status at the time we receive it.
3. Order Cancellation Requests
Customers may request to cancel an order before the order has been shipped. To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team as soon as possible and provide the relevant order details. If the order has not yet entered processing or shipment, we may be able to cancel it. An order may no longer be canceled if:
- Payment has already been approved and the order has entered active processing
- The item has already been packed for shipment
- The shipment has been assigned to a carrier
- The package has already been shipped
If cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Order Change Requests
Customers may request changes to an order before the order has shipped, depending on the stage of processing. Possible changes may include:
- Updating the shipping address
- Correcting a name or contact detail
- Changing the selected product
- Changing product quantity
- Correcting an obvious checkout error
All change requests are subject to product availability, processing status, payment review status, and fulfillment timing. We cannot guarantee that requested changes can be completed once the order has moved beyond the early review stage.
5. Shipping Address Changes

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. This includes requests to cancel the order, change the shipping address, change the product, change the quantity, or modify shipping details. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy to determine whether a return may be requested after delivery.
7. Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. If the duplicate order has not yet entered processing or shipment, we may be able to cancel the extra order. When reviewing duplicate order requests, we may consider matching customer name, shipping address, product selection, order timing, and payment details. If a duplicate order has already shipped, it may instead need to be handled under the applicable return policy.
8. Payment Issues
If a payment transaction fails, is declined, is flagged, or cannot be completed successfully, the order may not move forward until the issue is resolved. If payment is not successfully completed, the order may be delayed, canceled automatically, or held for review. Customers who experience payment problems may try placing the order again using corrected billing information or a different payment method.
9. Product Availability Changes
In rare cases, an item may become unavailable, delayed, or unable to be fulfilled after an order is placed. If this happens, we may contact the customer to offer one of the following options: wait for availability, accept a refund, choose an alternative item, or accept a partial fulfillment.
