This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions, procedures, and timelines for returning products purchased through manstylehub.shop.

Return Window

Manstylehub accepts eligible return requests within:

30 calendar days after delivery

The delivery date shown by the shipping carrier is used to calculate the return period.

Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

New and unused

Unworn and undamaged

In its original condition

Returned with its original packaging

Returned with all included accessories, manuals, tags, protective materials, and removable watch links

Products showing scratches, wear, damage, alteration, engraving, or permanent resizing are not eligible for return.

Photos when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Do not send a product back before receiving return approval.

After your request is approved, we will email you the return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Shipping Cost

Manstylehub provides a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns.

Customers must use the return label and return address provided by our support team.

Do not send returns directly to the business address listed on our website unless that address is specifically provided in your return instructions.

No Restocking Fee

Manstylehub does not charge:

Restocking fees

Return handling fees

Hidden return fees

Approved returns are not subject to a restocking charge.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Contact us promptly if your order arrives:

Defective

Incomplete

Different from the product ordered

Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

After reviewing the information, we will provide return instructions and an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns may be refused for:

Used or worn products

Products damaged after delivery

Products with missing parts or accessories

Products without original packaging

Permanently resized, engraved, customized, or altered products

Products returned without prior approval

Return requests submitted after the 30-day return period

This does not affect returns involving products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Manstylehub does not process direct exchanges.

To obtain a different product, request a return for the original item and place a separate order for the new product.

Return Inspection

Returned products are inspected after they arrive at the approved return location.

We may refuse or reduce a refund if the returned product:

Has been used or worn

Is damaged or altered

Is missing accessories or components

Does not match the approved return request

We will contact you if a return cannot be approved.

Refund Processing

After the returned product is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued within:

5–7 business days

Refunds are sent to the original payment method used for the order.

Your bank, card issuer, or PayPal may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original Shipping Fee

For returns caused by customer preference or a change of mind, the original $6.99 shipping fee is non-refundable.

If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the original shipping fee will also be refunded after the claim is verified.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after confirmation:

Check your PayPal or bank account again.

Contact your card issuer or payment provider.

Allow additional posting time required by the payment provider.

Email support@manstylehub.shop if the refund still does not appear.

Order Cancellations

Returns apply after an order has been delivered.

To request cancellation or modification before shipment, review our Cancel or Change Order Policy.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled under this Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
